It seems my fellow travelers have forgotten anything they once knew about the fine art of discretion. They are shouting personal information into cell phones and sleeping with their mouths agape and chewing their food as if to say, “Look here, right here, this is what my lunch looks like when it’s all mushed up and ready for swallowing!”

Is "Extreme Eating" a sport now, too?
I just watched a man swallow 150 oysters on the Travel Channel’s Man Vs. Food. Now he is about to eat a ten egg omelette full of chili. I can’t decide if he has made the wrong decisions in his life or if I have. Where is the line between disgust and jealousy?
